Multi-branch

Open your second branch yourself.

No support ticket, no waiting for someone to provision it at the other end. You add the branch in Settings and it exists — then POS Line tells you exactly what it still needs before it can take money.

A new branch tells you what it still needs

Adding a branch takes a minute. Getting it ready to trade takes more than that — it needs opening stock, a printer, someone to run it. Most systems let you find that out when a cashier rings the first sale and the till refuses it in front of a customer.

POS Line puts the list on the branch itself: what will stop a sale, what will merely print no receipt, and a link straight to the screen that fixes each one.

Everything a branch needs, is the branch's own

Not one shop with a filter on top. Each branch keeps its own equipment, money, people and paperwork.

Its own tills

Every counter is its own terminal, with its own printer, paper size and cash drawer. Two counters at one branch can run two tills and be counted separately at day close.

Its own printer

Receipts print at the branch that made the sale — on the printer at that counter, headed with that branch’s address and phone number, not head office’s.

Its own tax registration

A branch in another province files under its own registration and prints its own number. One shop, more than one province, still compliant on paper.

Its own stock and prices

Stock is counted per branch, and a price can differ per branch. Move opening stock in from another branch instead of counting it twice.

Its own staff

A branch manager logs in and sees their branch: their orders, their till, their people. They can add their own cashiers without being able to touch another branch.

One view for the owner

Revenue, orders, average sale, expenses and margin for every branch on one screen, ranked, with the change since last week.

The branch manager sees their branch

  • Their orders, their till, their day close
  • Their own staff — they can add a cashier themselves
  • No way to read or change another branch

The owner sees all of them

  • Revenue, orders and margin per branch, ranked
  • Switch to any one branch, or view them together
  • Prices, stock and staff for every branch in one place

Built for the second shop, not just the first

Everything here works the same whether you run a restaurant, a retail counter or a salon — and the same on the second branch as the fifth.
